How much does it cost?

$2499 + GST without copywriting.
$3999 + GST with copywriting.

What is the jump start discount?

There is a $300 discount that applies if you make a deposit within 3 days of your enquiry.

Is there a payment plan?

  • Standard payment option is paid over 4 weeks starting with a 10% deposit and 3 weekly split payments. 
  • Extended payment plan is paid over 12 weeks and includes a 5% payment plan fee.

How does payment work?

We accept credit card or Paypal and payment is made via our website.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll be assigned an experienced project coordinator as your main contact and they will organise your project for you. Your project coordinator will liaise with our experienced team of designers, website developers and copywriters to implement the brief that you and our project coordinator create to make it as seamless and easy for you.

How long will everything take?

Generally our turnaround time frame takes between 6-10 weeks, this can sometimes be shorter or longer depending on third party variables. 

How much of my time will you need?

It is our job to make this as easy and seamless for you as possible so we expect we will only need 3-5 hours of your time over the 6-10 week timeframe. 

Do I need to change hosting providers?

No, but we may find it is a better option for you and we can assist with this at an additional cost. 

What upgrades are available?

What are the communication time frames?

Monday – Friday office hours we aim to reply to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.

How does the project roll out?

The first step is to secure a space in our schedule by transferring the deposit.

You will then receive our confirmation and welcome emails within one minute.

Your project coordinator will be in contact within 24 hours and to work on the brief of your redesign with you. 

We will request any additional info or elements we need like any professional photography you have, any third party media logos we can use, case studies/testimonials etc.

Our professional designer will redesign your logo and you will liaise with your project coordinator for any amends or approval. 

Once the logo is approved our professional website developer will start designing your new website and our professional copywriter will start writing your copy. 

We will submit your new website to you for approval where you can make any amends or approve.

On approval we will then move your new website on your primary domain and organise the transfer for you.
